31 August 2014I can't believe we're poised on the verge of September already. It's our third Christmas, so I've got some idea of what we're in for over the next few months, but there's a lot of expect the unexpected in between now and the end of December. Next weekend we're at the Speciality and Fine Food Fair. I feel a bit more clued up about what to expect this year, so I've got a couple of days set aside this week to prepare everything
as well as to catch up on all the admin that's been backing up over the last couple of weeks.
