I knew weekends off weren’t going to become a thing. This weekend I’ve been finishing off the prep for next weekend’s BBC Good Food Show in Birmingham. It’s been two days of dipping and decorating, putting the final touches to the Christmas Pudding and the Winter Pimm’s truffles. We’ve also been finishing off several corporate orders, so it’s been a busy blur again over the last week. Online orders are increasing in volume, so we’re making two post office runs each day to keep up – the extra weight training’s coming in useful though, as I’ve not had much gym time recently!
