We’re just back from a busy weekend at the NEC for the BBC Good Food Show. We almost felt like it was a holiday, eating out every evening and being away from the kitchen. The show itself wasn’t as good as previous years. Footfall seemed lower and the show itself was smaller in terms of square footage and number of exhibitors. The plus side of it being less busy is that I don’t have to spend much time in the kitchen this week as we’ve got just about enough stock to see us through. I just need a couple of days to make some Gin and Mojito bars.
