It’s been a busy production week. I’ve begun to stock up on our lines with the longest shelf life in anticipation of Christmas. Everything we’re making at the moment has a 12 month shelf life, so will be good until the end of March next year.
On Friday I had the day off as it was my birthday, and Mr D and I had an excellent lunch at West Street Vineyard in Coggeshall. I can highly recommend the food and the views across the vineyard are wonderful. I need to go back when the weather is warmer so that I can sit on the terrace and enjoy a few glasses of their fizz.
