This week we took delivery of our Mocktails packaging and we’re really thrilled with the final product.
It’s taken a while to develop the flavours, as alcohol acts as a preservative, so we’ve needed to find other ways to prolong shelf life.
The flavours we’ve come up with are:
B52 – A solid chocolate with a white, milk and dark layer
Banana Colada – Replacing the Coconut Rum in the Pina Colada with banana syrup
Caramel & Honeycomb Truffle – Flavoured with salted caramel and honeycomb syrups
Ginger Truffle – A dark chocolate truffle with a spicy ginger kick
Nojito – A Mojito without the rum
Peach Melba – A peach and raspberry truffle
Rhubarb & Custard – Creamy white chocolate with rhubarb syrup and custard flavours
Rose Cream – A rose fondant chocolate
Salted Caramel – Our salted caramel fill in dark chocolate
Shirley Temple – Based on the non-alcoholic cocktail of grenadine & ginger ale
Vanilla Truffle – Dark chocolate and vanilla truffle
Violet Cream – A violet fondant chocolate
We should have a first batch ready for our event at Framlingham College next weekend.
