This week I was revisiting our Rum collection. I’ve found some absolutely fantastic rums, which we’ve paired with a range of different origin chocolates. I’ve been saying for a while that rum is going to be the next big thing, and it certainly feels that way, with the wide range of rum on the market these days. I’m a little peeved we can’t get hold of the Parlay rum at the moment. I’m hoping it’s just temporary as it’s one of our favourites.
