Chocolate Making Workshop
Yesterday we had another Chocolate Making Workshop at Slamsey's Art. I love the venue here as it's a lovely open and airy space.
We had five people on the course, so with a smaller group we were able to do a few more techniques, including chocolate lollipops,
which are simple and easy to make but look very effective.
