Bringing Balance To The Force

So after the madness that was November and December, we’ve got the opportunity to take things a little easier. This week has been spent restocking our standard lines, and also testing some new flavour ideas.

Our current seasonal special is our Whisky Collection – six malt whisky truffles blended with different flavoured honeys as opposed to the invert sugar we use in our standard ranges.

We also have to think ahead over the coming months and plan our seasonal specials for the next year, so we’ve been testing out a few new flavours and researching some cocktail ideas. It’s a tough job, I know!

Naturally we need to balance the excesses of December, so now that I have a little more time on my hands I can get back to the regular running. I’ve set myself an average monthly target of 100km, so that my annual distance is 1200km. Hopefully with that and some healthy eating I should shift the additional pounds that Christmas has been responsible for!
